Wonderful customer service! I ordered a bouquet and it was delivered same day and in time for my Aunt's birthday. The turnaround time was incredible! I called the assisted living facility to notify them that a flower delivery was on it's way and to my surprise, they said it already arrived...within the hour of ordering! The secretary also kept complimenting how gorgeous the flowers were. Thank you for the exceptional customer service and beautiful flowers!
I order multiple arrangements a year but this was the first time from Ashley's. Typically I am disappointed with the arrangements because they don't look like what I ordered. Today, they were PERFECT! I couldn't be more happy. Thank you!!!! I'll be ordering from you in the future!
My first time coming here was in April. The service was good. The flowers stayed alive for about 2 weeks. I decided to give them another try today and and the service was beyond amazing! They are very friendly and outgoing! The presentation looks excellent and the flowers are fresh! Thank you so much!
I ordered a bouquet from Ashley’s for my best friend’s remote wedding. As the decision to have the ceremony remote was a last minute one, my order was also last minute. Amy called me twice to ensure that I was okay with substitute flowers and a vase arrangement rather than the bouquet I selected, which I really appreciated. And once the arrangement arrived, it was even more beautiful than the one I had picked out! Great service, great product, highly recommend!
I was helped today by Amy who took my order. Amy was amazing ! She was pleasant, patient and worked within my budget as well as helped me choose the perfect colors for a beautiful birthday arrangement...it was a busy time but Amy made it happen...The arrangement was so beautiful that the person who received it sent me pictures and was so happy with what she received ! I know Ashley's Florist is great with helping the community and great designers like Amy make it awesome for so many....thanks to Amy and Ashley's for a beautiful experience.
