Absolutely love our small town sheriff's department they are family and community oriented

My family and I were in Butte County for the solar eclipse. We viewed the eclipse in Howe, then went to Craters of the Moon National Monument, and back to I15 through Blackfoot so we were all over the county. We saw a BCS sheriff or deputy in Howe twice, once doing the rounds on foot and handing out eclipse glasses (Wow!), and in Arco handling traffic control. We just want to say that we were impressed with what we saw. Kudos for the great job in what had to have been a really stressful time.
