Farmers Insurance - Karen Carpenter

Were very nice to work with however had a lot of computer errors that ended up giving me a lot of headache. Wouldn't have been an issue except the house quote got lost had to try again and it went up which was fine but then I purchased my auto and the house glitched again and the next day were able to make a new one but it had went up again. Then when trying to purchase that it gave a notice that they needed pictures. At this point I left for my two week reserve AT in CA so I tried sending ones I had but they were too old. At this point I needed insurance so I had to cancel my auto to go lump with someone else. Still fine at this point but their computer glitches ended up costing me the application fee for my auto since that did not get refunded so needless to say I am pretty annoyed at this point.

Called me back to tell me they couldn't call me back. Huh? I'll try again, no problem. Very friendly though.
