I drove 1/2 hour to get a license. Rachel Dale asked how she could help then told me she wouldn’t help since I’m not from the county and they are only open for residents of their county. We called before coming, no mention of this also no mention of it on the web sight. Larry L and Julie Frost were also there working behind the scenes. 3 employees working and no one was in the office but me to help but no one would help me. I mentioned it made sense they were soft open to insure they could take care of the residents of their county in case they had huge back up of people yet there was NO one there. I told them “you’d think in times of covid 19 hearts are softened and we all do what we can to help one another”- I looked searching their eyes and faces if they would be the one to step up and help. Not one was willing to help.......sad.
I went to the Idaho City DMV to get my driver's license renewed. It was the best experience. The employees were so helpful and there was no waiting! It took less than 10 minutes.
I just drove all the way up there to get my license renewed and this Google Business Listing shows that the Boise County Drivers License DMV closes at 5:00PM and the lady behind the counter said the system is going to shut down at 4:30PM SHARP when I walked in at 4:25PM today???? Come on guys??? get you act together and fix this HORRIBLE discrepancy... this is un-professional, WRONG AND INCORRECT INFORMATION???????????
Took my son in to get his supervised driving permit with required paperwork. Employee told us driver training is required and turned us away.... driver’s training is not required and if she would have taken the time to look she would have seen this. Waste of 1 1/2 hours of my time.
