We went there because there's a good sandwich there, the kayak and make a good sandwich better than most.

Nice gas station in Idaho City with friendly staff. Fountain drinks were nice and cold and the snacks were plentiful and reasonably priced. Great spot for taking a rest before or after heading into the mountains.

One of the last decent stop as a gas station store on the way to Stanley. There is another small Sinclair's closer to Stanley though.

We drive through Idaho City often throughout the year and stop here frequently. It's a small country store, nothing special... but they have the kindest staff. The people behind the counter have are always so friendly no matter what time of day or year we're in. We always enjoy stopping! :)
