Ii renewed my drivers license there wow they were amazi,g pleasant polite very kind what a joy. They look like very happy people thank you

People that care about people and get things done quickly and efficiently.

Their police staff is very kind and helpful. However the court itself I do not feel is fair. Not to mention the Court House literally never answers their phones. I understand it is a small city but after several phone calls and voicemails it took almost 2 weeks to receive a call back, and the second time I needed assistance with something they did not return my call at all. Very unprofessional.

Absolutely terrible at answering calls. I live 9 hours away and can not come in for a minor traffic violation so I'm trying to set up payments and they can't even do their damn job and answer a phone call. Will be very upset if my license gets suspended because you can't do your job!!! Would rate 0 stars if I could.

I remember in the '70s a lot of Boise's best night life was Idaho City.
