Excellent, professional and friendly. Online banking is exceptional.
Many in the legal community say they have a reputation for not understanding things like a Power of Attorney. They denied the existence of a 5-figure Certificate of Deposit that we worked hard and saved hard to create... resisted our Power of Attorney, and then consequently charged us penalties for not closing the CD timely. Some of the simplest of procedures take forever. It's no wonder they're closing branches. Witnesses upon request.
Great service
Between the immature tellers at the drive-thru, and the fact that they do not honor a Power of Attorney, I'm done with this bank! I went to Wells Fargo and they're professional there. And they honored my POA! Good bye northwest. No wonder they're closing branches!
