This is the most inept pharmacy I've ever been to. They tell you its ready and when you get there they tell you it won't be ready until tomorrow. They do this constantly even after they send you a text telling you it's ready.nI understand you can't get certain meds early but they take it to the hour.

The lady I just got off the phone with in the pharmacy was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her because she did not know how to answer my question, puts me on hold gets back on tells me a sentence and then says by while I’m in the middle of trying to ask her a question. Not cool or professional!!! When you are discussing medications for medical reasons they should know the importance of it as it could leave to life or death. Just for the record this is Tammy Mosley and just got of the phone with this rude person at 2:05pm 6-4-20. Thank you kindly for your professionalism. Time to call the better business bureau

Very good pharmacy!!! The pharmacists that I had during my extended lung transplant protocol were very polite and interested in my care throughout!!nI was given every consideration @ all stages of my treatment.

If I could give them a zero I would. They never have medications available. When they tell you they will follow up with your physician to manage the medication they cannot fill they never follow through.

Every time I try to get a prescription filled, there's an issue. I called this morning to refill my prescription and the woman said she had a 30 day supply and would order the remaining 60. (For some reason, I got signed up to receive a 90 day supply, which I never wanted.) Ok, that's fine, I will come get the 30 day supply later today. I get a phone call later on saying that the deductible for this prescription is over $1,000 and they need to verify I still want it ordered. Now, my insurance coverage has an expensive deductible, but I signed up for their savings program that allows me to get my prescription for $30 each month. When I called back, the pharmacy said they had no record of even filling my prior prescription and that my savings card was expired. I was reading the information off of their bottle! And my savings card doesn't expire until December 2018!! The last time I had this script filled, I had to jump through hoops, multiple phone calls, etc, just to get it filled last time. I do not recommend this particular pharmacy to anyone. Use someone that knows what they're doing.
