Such an awesome staff. Everyone is always very polite and accommodating. You feel like the people here actually care. Prices are great as well. Literally anything I've called about is resolved in minutes (whether its new prescriptions, changing payment methods, getting prescriptions on auto-refill, etc). 6/5 !!

I have recently been switching all of my prescriptions to Medsync. I have an abnormal insurance setup, and Ryan worked tirelessly with me, and two insurance companies, to help reduce my prescription costs and get me everything I needed faster than I even needed them. I have never experienced such attentive customer service at a pharmacy before!

I had never considered my pharmacy a place I would or would not like. That is, until I started coming here, and realized what truly good service looks like. Every person who works here is so helpful and makes each experience a positive one. I cannot recommend Medsync more and would highly suggest for anyone to give them a shot!

Excelent customer service, they are very detail oriented and had everything ready for us at pickup. It's refreshing when a pharmacy has organization and happy employees. Very happy to have transferred our prescriptions over.
