I own a $400 permit, I parked at 5 am to go to the library during dead week. I got a citation at 6am for overnight parking. There is no disclosure or information regarding when the parking lot 'opens' in any part of their rules and regulations page nor anywhere else. I asked when it opens via email, they deflected and just told me to use another parking lot next time I want to arrive early. Next time I'll forward my question to the FTC. ******* meter maids dont understand how customer service works.

Your pay to park sign has given my math teacher the idea to force her intragraded 2 students to make a piecewise function chart. Not fun. If you could please give my teacher free parking so that we do not have to do this in the future.

They kept changing rules and everything they do always make everything so inconvenient
