I had the best first time experience at Luxe with Gina! I used the “meet your stylist” questionnaire and Gina was one of the stylists that the program matched me with. I’m so happy I chose her! We talked and laughed the entire time; she is incredibly personable. On top of that, she did a FANTASTIC job on my hair. I walked in, showed her some inspiration pics, and talked about what I wanted. What I appreciated most during my appointment was her honesty in saying what she, in her professional opinion, thought would look the best for my face shape, skin tone, etc. I put my trust in her and I’m SO GLAD I DID! I highly recommend luxe (especially Gina!).

If I could leave a rate of 10 I would! Alicia was amazing, she is extremely gentle and knowledgeable. I would recommend her to anyone whose looking for a wax tech, I barely felt anything and it was a great experience!

I visited Luxe in Lititz for a trim a few days after dying my hair at home. My appointment was for 4:15 and I was not able to go inside the salon until about 4:45 for my appointment. At first this did not bother me but then my “Premier” stylist proceeded to wash my newly dyed hair with hot water and a clarifying shampoo, why didn’t I say anything??? Because she’s the stylist who has been at this for 22 years... I assumed she had a plan. After my wash she blew dry my hair, and curled it with a heat tool. Throughout the appointment she told me that her dog hates black people, and that my hair care products (which are all natural) are filled with silicones for “black people” hair. I left the salon with faded dye and heat damaged hair. I reached out to the salon explaining my experience and they said all they could do was let me come back to their salon, but they could not give me any sort of refund... I expected to go into a high class salon with their “top” stylist and leave with luxurious feeling hair and great hair tips and that is not at all what I got, so I told the manager I did not feel comfortable coming back to that salon and she stopped responding.

My stylist took the time to really listen to what I wanted and didn't rush my cut or pressure me into doing any type of haircut I didn't want. She walked me through what she would do before using tools so I could really understand where length was being taken off. You don't get that at every salon. This place is wonderful.
