Love royers flowers but I wanted to send flowers to my daughter but they don't have a location near levittown,bummer!

I stopped at the Rohrerstown store this past Tuesday to order Valentine's day flowers for my fiance. I hand wrote a personal card to her to go with the flowers and provided her work address. I was told that if I took delivery on 2/12 or 2/13 that a coupon for free roses would come with flowers so I agreed to have them delivered 2/13. A clerk who told me she was new took the order and struggled to enter the order info into the store PC. She asked another clerk to assist her. I was assured everything would go out as ordered.nThe flowers were delivered to the wrong address. Luckily someone there knew who my fiance was and called her to come pick them up. The flowers were delivered without the card I provided and she did not know who they were from. No coupon came with the flowers.
Ordered a large arrangement to be delivered to the hospital to celebrate the birth of a baby boy...I believe it was called rhapsody in blue......it was overwhelmingly pink and I spent a lot of green.
