We’ve hired this company 3 times to do various jobs around our house. This last time things went a little rough, and we weren’t the happiest with the outcome. The owner was accommodating and flexible and more than made things right. Overall satisfied with end result. Thank you.
Love this place. Lady working there is sweet and helpful.
Customer service was very friendly and helpful. After the installation I didn't like one of the corners. It was a Saturday and I called the installer and he was at my house within the hour to fix the rounded corner to more of a ninety degree corner. Service was professional and efficient. Highly recommendable.
What a great team to work with! Professional, excellent communication, and work done in a timely manner. Couldn't have asked for more. We are very happy with the end result.
Kim Chudy, the sales associate was very helpful in completing my vision. We had some problems with things being back-ordered but it all came together. I did have a few issues with the finishes on stairs and Kim and owner Demetria came over and we came to a mutual understanding on the fixes and the installers were over there on my first available day off. Great customer service!!
