Who doesn't love Barnes and Noble?! This place is great across the country, but this location has a great customer service mindset that is consistent. Their bathrooms are clean consistently. The shelves are always orderly and well marked and I have never, ever seen it in disarray, not even once. They have been EXTREMELY polite and kind during the pandemic and always provide hand cleaning stations with good product that does not chap the skin. Really thoughtful and conscious team. Yeah Lancaster B&N!!!
Im never going to stop loving this place. Feels like my safe haven. Quiet and peaceful and tons of great things to skim through. They still let me sit on the floor and read which makes me happy. Its my niece and nephew's birthday tradition now to go and get a book from here.
They should make sure people understand the discount table a little better. Some items marked discounted and others just re-tagged with new pricing. Not really a huge deal but nagged me a little. Other than that 5 stars!
Excellent customer service! Associates were very helpful and asked a few times if we needed help. The cashier was very friendly as well and informative. It was also a very clean and organized store! My only complaint is that the prices are a little high, but other than that it was a good experience.
