I have been nothing but impressed with them. I have had issues (my own) and they went above, beyond and reached for the stars! This is a five star review they have earned! Every time I've called they are awesome, professional and compassionate! I personally feel beyond lucky that they are my mortgage company and I'll be a customer of theirs for as long as I can! (I also had a misplaced escrow refund, and it was easy and fast to get it replaced!)
I love this company so much! My husband and I have used them every time we've purchased a home and they have never disappointed us. I love that they are local. I love that they won't sell your loan. I love that I can call or go into their office if I ever have a question or concern. I can't say enough good things about them!
We have had our home loan through them for 4 years now. No problems, we have made every payment as scheduled and easily removed PMI after the first two years since to our home's market value increased substantially.
