Went in today and realized we were actually scheduled for next week. The clerk accepted us anyway and pushed two of us through the system in less than 20 minutes. He was very professional and helpful. After seeing some of the other reviews from this location, I'd say that those were the past and the clerk at this office now is fantastic!!

Easy process and the guy who worked there was super friendly. Not sure why so many poor reviews. Show up to your appointment on time and prepared with your documents, and all will go well!

20 min. after our appointment a big group with an appointment before us got in and we left as we had another appointment. We returned 40 min. later just to find out that we were not on the list at all. Got the last appointment for the day a few days later, arrived 7 minutes late and somebody else was in. After about 15 minutes we were told that we will not be served since we were late. There was nobody else waiting and obviously our time slot was used by the person after us. This means it is fine when they are late by more than 30 minutes but complete lack of flexibility to just swap appointments when we are late by a fraction of them. We will try Nampa instead.

Great experience. We went there on a Saturday for our son's passport, without any prior appointment (unknowingly) but the guy politely took us in and reviewed all the document that we had. We had everything in order but the photo and the guy helped us with that too, by taking one in his office. Extremely happy with the overall experience.

New passport agent that is super helpful, bad reviews are obviously very old and do not apply to this agent
