Dealing with Mrs. Vitek and her supervisor, Mr. Pittz was ridiculous. A simple request was over Mrs. Vitek's head when I asked to be contacted that she received my correspondence about an ADA violation.nnHer supervisor was no better. Horrible, rude people work for this organization and I'll be happy to never need to be in contact again.nnMaybe hire people with more common sense.

Tuesday July 5, 2016 (8:40 pm). Hard to believe that a state agency website is down for three straight days (Sunday July 3, Monday July 4, and Tuesday July 5). Is there not a protocol in place for recovery in a timely manner? After all, the website is more than likely accessed daily by thousands of people throughout the state of Idaho and I doubt that a private sector company would allow something like this to happen.nnSo, when can the public expect the Idaho Lottery Commission to have it's website up and running?nnUpdate: Was also down Wednesday July 6, and Thursday July 7!
A scam run by the government
Stay away from the $20 merry millions scratcher. Bought 4 in a row yesterday and 3 today and NOT ONE WINNER! Save your money.nOn the flip side, hot cocoa pays out pretty good.nnMoral of this story is just STAY AWAY from the $20 tickets, they never pay out. I had the same problem with the casino tickets. Bought 6 of those before i learned a lesson. Once again, not one winner.nOne in three my arse, six in a row and NO WINNERS!!
