As a Boise native, I have seen Julia Davis Park transform over the years. We recently reserved a pavilion for a company picnic and the facilities were immaculate. I hadn't been to Julia Davis in many years and the last time I was at a picnic (same place, same facility) it was awful. There was goose droppings everywhere and we spent the first part of the event sweeping so this time I arrived early prepared to do the same thing. I was pleasantly surprised that the place was so clean. There were no droppings, the option for recycling is wonderful and I can't believe how big the trees are and the shade they provide.nThank you for taking care of the park!

I am looking for season passes to the public pools for my grandkids, was excited to learn that a child pass is only $20.00. When i asked about the family pass i was disappointed to find out they no longer offer them.

I had the extreme displeasure of working on the lawn cutting crew for about 3 months. I was straight up lied to in my interview about what I would be doing and the length left of the season I was hired for. It was like working with a pack of special needs monkeys who escaped from the nearby Boise Zoo. The supervisor was a physically and mentally crippled gnome with zero talent or job skill. After I quite I was harassesed with endless calls from the stunted mutant about a missing cupcake. I have all his messages stored on my phone. Boise would do well to outsource to professional landscaping crews and stop hiring semi homeless unhinged primates to run a muck in their parks and drive lawnmowers like psychos.

I called to find out the walking distance around one of the ponds at Easter Simplot Park today and was trrtrea as if I was wasting the woman's time who answered the phone.
