We dined and wined at Hyde Park Wine shop last week. We ordered a bottle of Obsidian Cab which was smooth and easy to sip. All four of us ordered a different dish along with salads. All of the entrees were excellent and did not disappoint. We couldn't resist the chocolate mouse dessert which was perfect for four people. The service was excellent and the decor has a cool vibe. We plan on returning within the next few weeks. This is a small quaint gem!
We had a fantastic dinner on the patio on a cool fall night. Standout choices were the brussels, carrot steak and chocolate custard dessert. Wine by the glass was reasonably priced and both reds we tried were excellent. Service was friendly and prompt. Can't wait to come back!
Holy moly the wine recommended by the owner was stellar and now he's done it again with the beef wellington to-go kit.nnThe food is excellent and made with care, and the owner is clearly passionate about getting you the right wine. Every experience has been unbelievable and indescribable.
We had a delicious meal on Friday night, and especially appreciated the reasonable portion sizes, rather than over the top amounts of food. The menu is small, with a nice variety of choices, and the service and atmosphere were great.
