I placed an order on the website for curbside pickup, and arrived 15 minutes after ordering. The order said to expect it to be ready in 10-20 minutes, so I waited in my car for my single pizza to be brought out. After 35 minutes after ordering, I called the store, wondering if it would be finished soon - no one answered the phone. I finally went inside, waited another 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged to find out what I was waiting for, then finally received my pizza, which had been sitting, finished, in the warmer for who knows how long.nThe pizza was fine, but tasted and looked as though it had been sitting for some time.nI was, however, impressed at how well this place was following COVID guidelines and trying to be safe. All of the workers were wearing masks properly, but they were completely swamped with orders and did not have a good system. Seems like a management issue.nIf a restaurant offers curbside pickup, I expect to get my pizza at the curb. There's no reason I needed to wait 45 minutes for one pizza to be ready, especially when the website clearly stated 15-20 minutes. Very disappointed, Pizza Hut. Do better.

The pizza was delicious. It came out of the oven hot, and ready for me to eat!! The employees are very nice. I also noticed that they take very good care of the cleanliness of the bathrooms. I definitely recommend this Pizza Hut if you are hungry and want a good bite!!

My husband and I ordered pizza and a 2L for contactless delivery to be left on our porch. At the time when the delivery tracker said that the driver was approaching, my husband went to wait on the porch. No one showed. I texted the driver to let the delivery driver know that my husband was waiting on the porch. I did not get a response and there still was no one approaching the porch. After a few minutes, I texted again. Still no one. My husband noticed a car sitting in a nearby parking lot. My husband approached the car. Someone was sitting in the driver's seat playing games on his phone. My husband asked if he was the Pizza Hut deliver driver. The guy said yes and gave my husband our order. The pizza was ice cold and did not have the crust flavor on it that I ordered. (No surprise about the crust flavor as this Pizza Hut never adds it when it's ordered.) I tried contacting Pizza Hut 4 times only to be transferred to the store which no one answers.
