Todd's guys were very prompt, very polite, and exceptionally neat. Cleaned up at the end of each day. They explained what was going on, and if there might be any weather delays, etc. The finished work is perfect! Highly recommended!!
We had our upstairs great room (which are cathedral ceilings) painted, as well as, our kitchen and stair railing. We had a lot of drywall repair which needed completed first and the stair railing was a project itself. Todd's crew did an amazing job and were very nice to work with. They also took the time to keep us updated and answer any questions we had along the way. We would not hesitate to use Todd A. Hess Painting Co. again and would highly recommend them.
Todd and his crew have worked on 3 rooms and the front door of our house so far. They are professional, efficient, clean, and pleasant. The rooms have needed some patchwork from previous owners’ decor which they took care of. The walls and color have always turned out the way we’ve pictured, even if it takes Todd to come out on his birthday (again, we’re sorry). Todd is dedicated to his customers and good to his employees, coming personally to take the place of a sick employee. We certainly plan to have him do more work for us when the time comes!!
Todd painted our back deck for us before the winter. It's quite large and needed a lot of love first. He sanded and corrected nail pops as needed before doing a great job of painting! He stuck to his quote and went the extra mile replacing some of the lattice below the deck. All in all, a wonderful experience.
Todd A Hess Painting Co. painted 4 large rooms in our home and a couple hallways. There were some repairs that needed done due to house settling which they took their time and did right. I also made a mistake on paint color which Mr. Hess helped me fix. Once our budget allows, they will be back to paint and do some ceiling repairs in our master bedroom. The Hess staff is professional, kind, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend them to my friends which is how I found them....through one of my friends!
