just ordered a huge meal from this location. the food arrived in 20 minutes. piping hot. tasted even better. the delivery driver was nice and professional. although I did not get his name. whoever delivered across the burger King on Saturday, you need a raise.
The store was kinda crazy busy so my order was taking a while. I called the store and offered to pick my order up to help since their driver was overloaded. Upon arriving to the store, my order was mixed and possibly lost. The manager at the time re-made my order and granted me my money back. Without any hesitation or questioning. He handled the situation with ease and professionalism.
Would give zero stars if I could. Picked up cheesy bread tonight, Monday, October 19, 2020 and several employees had their masks on their chins. That TOTALLY DEFEATS THE PURPOSE!!! The man who handed me the cheesy bread only put his up when someone else told him to because I walked into the store. They are putting everyone who works there and their customers at risk. Beyond disrespectful. Will never be back.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst dominos and employees I could have ever encountered. Rude and unprofessional to the max. This is my 4th time ordering food and it NEVER getting delivered. 2 of the times the excuse they used was “I was knocking on your front door” well I live on the second floor, which it says when I order it. I ordered food 11/01/2020 a little before midnight(time of closing) and they continued to process my order online but NEVER delivered the food, nor answered my phone calls. I thought I had enough with the last time I ordered, but this surely beats it. I will never order dominos from this store ever again, much rather drive to sheetz than sit for an hour and 18 minutes wondering where my food is. 0 stars from me!!!
