honestly I just went in a for a spacer for my engagement ring however at the time they were not aware of this. I'm a younger person so I'm sure it didn't look like I was in to buy but the way I was ignored by BOTH employees when there was not one person in the store was unacceptable. I proceeded to look around a bit waiting for someone to approach me and nobody did and upon asking about spacers both employees didn't say much and weren't about assisting me in anyway. However I'm glad this happened because we will now be purchasing my band to accompany my incredibly awesome .015 carat cubic zirconia ring from a vending machine that will provide the customer service we are looking for. Probably should not judge someone buying or not buying something more on the expensive end based on age or looks causing you to miss out on sales and returning customers.

I realised at 7pm on black friday that I didn't have my partner's ring size for the ring I was trying to order. I called this location to ask if they had a sizer we could use, and they told us to come in.nnThey were so incredibly helpful, especially knowing we weren't planning on buying anything. They helped us find the right size, and helped my partner try on a couple of rings that were similar in width to the one I was ordering to make sure that didn't change the size.nnI sadly didn't catch the names of the two people working, but their customer service was stellar and they absolutely deserve a raise. I hadn't planned to buy anything jewelry related anytime soon, but may need to go back here and find something!

We just needed a watch sized today. Bryce at FM Jewelers on Federal Way in Boise was incredibly helpful and friendly. He took the time to make certain it fit perfectly, which required more than one adjustment. He was very pleasant, and we'll definitely be back.

They’ve had my ring for 2 weeks now, I brought it in to get sized. I already knew my ring size, but they advised my fiancé not to size it. They’re original due date was the 14th, then it changed to the 17th (today), now “their diamond event is going on this week” so it won’t be ready until “sometime next week”. I’m about to return the ring. They’re completely unprofessional, they don’t call, or inform you of any delays/issues. They wait until you call wondering what the issue is. Other jewelry stores have anywhere from a 2 hour wait to a 4 day wait. I haven’t heard any this long.
