Stepped into Portsche's on a whim and left with what I imagine will be a very long relationship with the shop. I got to work with Phillip, whose passion for quality and unique design is apparent in abundance. The team was able to take in my jewelry and create something beautiful and timeless. The quality of care here is impeccable. One of the best shops I've had the pleasure of working with in Boise, period.

I’ve been here twice and both times the service has been impeccable! The customer service is great, and I’ve been very pleased with the products they’ve worked on for me. They helped me transform extra links from a bracelet into cuff links and repaired one of my earrings so well I couldn’t tell the difference between the fixed one and the other one. I haven’t purchased any pieces of jewelry here, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for custom jewelry work or repairs!

We walked in off the street not knowing what to expect, or what we were looking for in an engagement ring - other than we wanted to utilize his mother’s diamonds into a new design. It was a Saturday and Beth took the time to sit with us, get to know what we were interested in making, and she used the computer program to show us 3D images of options we could create with the existing stones we had. We were both thoroughly impressed with her knowledge, patience and coaching to lead us to the perfect engagement ring. Within two visits we had created what we didn’t even know we were looking for, and it is a beautiful ring for me to wear that also honors his late mother. We also each met with Phillip who is the master goldsmith who paid great attention to detail. Everyone at Portches provided excellent customer service. As far as I am concerned they have another customer for life. Thank you!

They gave me a quick estimate on what it would cost to tighten some diamonds and plate my ring, the broke down the estimate cost and were very pleasant throughout the whole process. My ring was ready for pick up on the exact day they said it would be and upon retrieving my ring I was completely satisfied with the work. I will definitely be back in the future.
