Fred Meyer Jewelers

I stood there patiently waiting to be helped for nearly ten minutes. I already knew what I wanted to purchase. There were three associates and not one person greeted me, offered to help me or said they would be with me in a minute.

Didn't go to the jewelry dept, but I did go to Fred Meyer. Their customer service area needs to be remodeled to accommodate more than 1 person. Standing there for an average of 30 mins gets old. Their associates typically make up for it with their customer service skills.

Love the jewelry, looking for an anniversary band my husband of 26 years this month wants me to pick one out.

Wow, just had my ring checked out and cleaned. I didn't get her name, but she did an amazing job! My buying experience was awesome in the past too. Thank u again!
