Chris Krahnic is a good guy! Very professional and straightforward. He’s even open during this pandemic, which I think takes a lot of courage. I just bought a new stud for my Monroe piercing there and Chris wasn’t able to change it out for me, but he helped in every other way he could. I recommend this place to all of my friends.

Great place. Chris is an amazing tattoo artist and piercer. Always had an amazing experience with Chris. He's done numerous piercings for me.nnHowever my last visit I ended up getting a piercing from a newer piercer at this shop. My nose isn't the easiest thing to pierce due to scaring. But it was very off balance to my other nostril piercing, even after readjusting the piercing. It was not set back far enough on my nostril. I was hoping it was just the swelling that made it look that way. As time went on, it never got better. I eventually took it out.nnMinus that experience great shop, great jewelery, friendly people and great atmosphere. Will always go here for piercings

I have 3 piercings done at diffract shops and chris recently did my newest one. He was professional and very kind. He made me feel comfortable and made sure i was as calm as i could be before he pierced me. He asked me about jewelry before and talked me through the process and how i should clean them and how long healing will take before and after my piercing. Overall he made it a great as pain free as possible experience. I would for sure go back to him. My roommate has been pierced by other shops before as well and recommend him for me after she got her eyebrow done by him. Chris also made sure to let me know where all his contact info was.

what an awesome experience and the best customer service! was super nervous about piercing my tongue and was given awesome talk through and amazing aftercare! SO impressed how clean he was and the changing of the gloves to ensure cleanliness AWESOME service overall would recommend !!
