The office is an open environment. The employees right there to see you arrive. They greet you immediately, and are often times able to address your issue rather than wait for an opening with the agent. Although, I really enjoy meeting with Kurt Pfleger. He is so warm and real, easy to talk with. He does an amazing job revisiting my plan to tweak it, trying to save me money.

Unprofessional. Sloppy. Wendy unable to perform simple tasks. AVOID THIS AGENT if you want PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

I've been with Kurt for 5 or 6 years now for my auto and my renter's policies. I've been very happy with him . He's easy to work with whenever I have questions or concerns, I've never felt pressured to increase my coverages, and I've never felt discouraged from filing a claim, if I needed to. He's been informative and will let me know if he recommends a different amount of coverage or an additional option added, but I've never been made to feel like I couldn't ultimately choose what I felt was right for me.nI'm certainly not his biggest client, but I feel like I get as much attention as I'd like to have. Very pleased.
