I have had Farmer's through Duffy for my cars and home for over 25 years. We review my policies annually and make changes/update if required. During all this time, I have only filed 2 auto claims, and both were handled quickly, professionally, and thoroughly.

Horrible experience with this lady. She hung up on me and was constantly rude and unprofessional. I asked her for the name of her supervisor and she ended the call. She is so hard to talk to. DO NOT WORK WITH HER EVER. I don't understand why she is still in business. I haven't met anyone as nasty as her in a while. Her employees hate her too.

Duffy wad very informative about all the types of insurance and which would best fit my needs and budget. They helped me with my business and personal, auto, life, homeowners and liability. I was greeted with smiles and they were patient with me while I had many questions regarding areas that I had little knowledge.
