Kerry from Capitol came by to check my leaky new Whirlpool dishwasher that was installed by the Home Depot (contractor, I assume) over the weekend. Turns out the leak was due to a very loose connection underneath. Kerry tightened it, and made sure it didn't leak again during a cycle. Kerry was very professional and courteous, even asking questions regarding COVID before entering the house. Great work!

We had an issue with our Washing machine. They came out, said that a part needed to be ordered, but got us a workaround until the part came in. Michael came out and installed the new part, and gave me some excellent advice on how to prolong the life of our washing machine. Great experience, and I will do business with them again.

Just read the other 1-2 star reviews! I agree 100% with them! How they are still in business is crazy!

I had the most awful noise coming from my dryer. Kyle was able to come out and look at it and replace a small piece and 30 minutes later my dryer was silent again! I had next day service, an amazing repair price and all with a smile! highly recommend!!!!!
