Pat, did a great job squeezing me in to get my insert installed. Shawn and Tristan were very professional and did a great job. They poured a new chimney cap, installed my insert, and ordered parts that I needed for a later date. I recommend this company. They have some great employees, and customer service. My only complaint, is that they are very busy. That's a good thing for the business, but makes getting a hold of them difficult at times. Great company!!!
We scheduled with these guys 3 separate times & all 3 times they have no called/no showed. We had to arrange for someone to be home (3 separate times) & then to not even receive a call saying they wouldn't be there is ridiculous! The first-time they blamed us said we wrote it down wrong & then later blamed it on a computer glitch. The second time they were overbooked & the last time they lied and said the time was for later in the afternoon. We had written down each appointment on a calendar and scheduled it in the calendar app on my phone. The owner seems nice when you talk to him but if you REALLY want your chimney cleaned I would schedule with a company that will ACTUALLY keep their appointment with you, especially if you have to take time off work to be there.nAgain, a call would have been nice.n*A kid did show up late on the final appointment (after we canceled because they had not shown up on time) & the kid was really nice but he showed up without a ladder & we were upset about the whole ordeal so we will just find another company at this point.nUPDATE: After the owner read this review he called & threatened my grandma with legal action. He was definitely & completely unprofessional. Threatening people for an honest review...wow, just wow. Good luck with your legal action.
We had an appointment yesterday that I had scheduled three weeks ago. These guys were a no-call/no-show. Very disappointing as we are new in town and I just want to get my chimney cleaned out so we can use our woodstove to keep our home warm for our family. When they didn't show up for the appointment, I called and asked why, and the guy said he'd do some digging and call back... but he never called back. I do not recommend this company and I will not use them again.
Very please! First dealt with Tristan( a technician) on Oct. 4th-nWe had some very big issue with the chimney. He showed me photos of the damage and gave us options to repair and did measurements.nWe ended up booking the repairs for Oct 26thnVery happy with how things went!!!! Chimney looks and functions great. We were lied to by the sellers of the home about the issues. Glad we had proof from these guys. Now the sellers are going to reimburse.nnBrian
We used these guys 2 years ago, they came out on time, and were fine. This year, however, they have no showed us 3 times. The first excuse (Nov 11, 2020) was that we wrote down the wrong date, and they stated they were doing our neighbors’ chimney on Nov 20th and that we were confused on the date we were scheduled for. They didn’t show up on the 20th either, after we had called the day before the appointment to confirm they were coming. They told us there was a possible covid exposure and they would let us know the following day, if they could come. They never called. We got in touch with them, once again, and they gave the excuse that they were calling the wrong number and that’s why we weren’t informed that they weren’t coming. So they re-scheduled us (for the THIRD time) for today (Nov 27, 2020) And they have no-showed, again! We have been very polite and quite patient. We are EXTREMELY disappointed. I had to give this company a star to write a review, but I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. I left work early and canceled plans to be here to wait for them 3 separate times now. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
