Just had our initial service. Cody was personable, professional and thorough. We signed up for quarterly service but he made sure we know that if there are issues before then that they will come out and address them. I am anticipating a long term relationship.

I just switched to Perx and am very impressed. Tim came out and listened to our needs, did everything we covered and even invited us to visit the office and get acquainted with the owner. We did that and was very impressed with their work ethic and service. We requested Tim be our guy who comes every time and they set that up. Seems they know what they are doing and are very pleasant to work with. FINALLY FOUND MY PEST CONTROL HERE !

Perx Pest Control identified that we had mice in our garage. They were very knowledgeable and professional in telling us how they were going to take care of them and what we needed to do to help keep them out. They were very responsive to our concerns and offered great customer service. I would recommend them to anyone thinking about hiring a pest control company.

Travis Z is our technician, and the best technician anyone could want. Travis is personable, knowledgeable, and dedicated to excellent customer service. Travis takes the time to listen to ournconcerns, then performs his work with the utmost care. I often worry if a technician (in this, or other fields) is doing their job thoroughly unless I am watching. I have zero fear that Travis is not giving us a perfect job without having to watch over him.nMy wife, Barbara, and I want Travis to be our Perx technician for every visit. I know he takes great pride in his work and he is the best possible ambassador Perx could possibly have!nnThis is an update on our Perx Pest (now Pioneer Pest) technician.nTravis Z continues to be our technician and he continues to be so superior that if we could give him 10 stars or more, we would do so. If you read the previous Reviews we have written regarding Travis, his personality and his performance, every word is still true. Travis has become not only our technician, but a valued friend. I hope that Perx/Pioneer Pest will recognize the superior employee they have in Travis, and reward him well for his outstanding representation of the company.
