The people that wait on you could be a little more friendlier. Other then that it's a good place. It was better when Mr, Williams ran it he was so friendly and he act like he would really care for the customer and I really do sink that he did care. now big business takes over and seems like the people are too stressed out hopefully it will get better for them

Have dealt with this pharmacy for many years due to my job. They still have a few courteous employees that are great. I’m not sure if another company bought them but Health direct has been added to their name. In the last few months I have spoken to a couple staff that were very rude, making me feel as if it was a huge inconvenience that I called them. Besides that they are awesome.

Had to go in twice and my prescription still was not filled, transferred to somewhere else. Long wait times and unfriendly staff.

I recently moved here from Florida where I had a private pharmacy. So I decided to go to Williams Apothecary. I must say that I was very disappointed. They first off seem to not have enough staff. Secondly most of the people that you deal with at the counter and over the phone have attitudes. Third they act like doing there job is a problem and they don't seem to want to do what you ask without a big fuss. Fourth there is no parking. Fifth there are long hold times. Sixth they never seem to go above and beyond. Overall I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone at this time. I will be picking up my medicine later today and not coming back unless they change there ways.

As the director at AseraCare Hospice.. I can honestly say that this pharmacy has met every one of my patient’s last minute medication needs. Even if I call 30 minutes before closing, they are able to fill the comfort meds and deliver them that night. Cannot thank them enough ud83dude0a
