Hello,nto whom it may concern,nI've been riding the rrta bus on queen street in Lancaster, pa and I've been riding on the (21 bus) that's to gap and the gentleman who drives the bus is always 5 to 8 minutes late. Now that may not seem like alot but it does effect my day. Some works may not be as strict on being punctual, but my job requires me to be on time at 6 am. Because he is always late I see myself arriving.. well most of us at 5:50 am. Some of the people who work here are a little up there with their age, so it does take them a bit to travel and they also have to walk all the way back to the end of the warehouse to clock in. It's not fair that because your station may not require your team to be on time but it does effect not only me but the people around me. I have also taken in the consideration that your team does have to take traffic and other passengers stops also. But I really dont think that's the case since it's the 1st gap bus to arrive. We are his 1st stop. Please help see to it that the gentleman who drives the 21st bus can be more punctual.nnBest regards,nYour passenger's.
Workers inside the statin are very nice and helpful. Most of the bus drivers are very nice and will talk to you.nnI only have one issue with one driver and she mostly drives Route 3. She's very rude, never says hello, never smiles (unless it's her friends) I happen to take this bus a lot but hate when she's driving. I get to her bus on time and she literally could have waited an extra second to let me on the bus. I got there and she drove off; even when I signaled her IN FRONT OF THE BUS.
Their employees know how to make subs especially the newest sub, the Italian Hero. There's so much meat in it. Very very delicious. Try it you will fall in love with it. Keep up the good work folks!!!
The bus 27 never show up today at the bus stop this morning its post to be there at 6:31am and it never show up and it post to come at 7:16am and it still didnt show up i need y'all to fix the schedule on the sunday bus this does make no since when you call up there they act like they dont know wear the bus is ..smh..im not happy
Customer Service needs more training to learn to be courteous, understand and acknowledge the services you provide to the customers. Red Rose should have a Quality Control Department to shadow the calls and both Customer Service should have the same working hours as the driversnnNeeds more and different routes, extend service hours (people also work on weekends or would like to visit family members when they don't have a vehicle.nnMarketing Dept. should mail out a survey to know the needs and expectations from Red Rose Authority. Bus stops signs should be bigger, covered benches (customers get wet when it rains or snows) and have supervisors shadow/audit undercover. Handicapped services should be increased and for the elderly as well.nnPasses should be sold at Stores/Grocery Store/Pharmacies, Gas Stations.nnThe more services you provide, the more your revenue increases.
