My wife and I were looking for a local pharmacy. We both have insurance through United Healthcare NYS public employees plan. I presented my card and after checking they said there wasn’t enough information on the card for them to complete insurance forms. There’s a phone number on the card just for that situation. They wouldn’t make the call even after I pointed it out to them. I didn’t know they told my wife the same thing months previously. Local businesses may have to go the extra “inch” to garner new customers but this one wouldn’t make a call to get necessary information to gain 2 more customers.

Exceptional service & staff. Very family friendly. Good selection & reasonable prices too. Best pharmacy I know of. A perfect fit for Strasburg.

Always very professional staff. I feel more like family rather than a customer. I never feel like a bother. They are very eager to help. I have seen the elderly treated with great respect and mothers with unruly kids redirected to help them with making better parenting decisions without their knowledge. That takes true talent. They are fast, curdious, and truly care about your health and welfare. I love going to the pharmacy. They are very dependable and if I leave my scripts the night before, I can expect to run through the drive through the next day and it will be ready-made in and out in 3 min. Thank you for being such a great family pharmacy. I have been going to you for 21 years. I love you and would not go anywhere else!nThe Stewart Family

Best pharmacy ever. Ask for help and get true small business in-depth knowledge. Great spot for gifts, too.
