I've been putting off going to the dentist for too long but finally made an appointment. The receptionist responded quickly thru email, looked into my insurance information and was very clear about what they covered and didn't. The hygienist, was friendly and made me feel very comfortable! She was very tolerant and informative of my 1000 questions! (Her eye brow game was on point too!) The main dentist was super personable! The experience was great and ill be back. Also, each visit you get entered in a raffle for a handful of prizes. Just some motivation to come back and not wait too long...like I did precisely!nAlso, the whole facility is super clean and has a modern feel to it. Also, like previous reviews mentioned, good looking folks all around!

I needed a tooth pulled and was drawn to them for the good reviews. Very glad I came here! I was very nervous about the procedure, and the staff made me feel very comfortable. Even the waiting room was relaxing; well lit, clean, and new. I didn't have to wait a long time after checking in to go back, and the staff was very sympathetic to my needs.nDr Crump is undoubtedly the best dentist I have seen since I was a child. He was gentle, disarming, and had a fantastic bedside manner.nLike I said, they're out of network, but I will be going back!

Best dentist I have ever been to. Got my wisdom teeth out yesterday and they were very gentle. They’re very professional and friendly. Thank you so much everyone

I made the mistake of coming here a year ago, as a college student with no insurance, to get a cleaning, because I was tired of my previous hygienist cancelling the morning of my cleaning and wasting my time. Honestly, I preferred my time being wasted by the previous hygienist over Boise Family Dental Care.nnBoise Family Dental Care was more concerned about feeling me out for how much money I had and if I had insurance. I made the mistake of letting them know I had a job offer for a comfy job at a high-profile tech company, and I would be getting dental insurance in a year. They were also quite rude, and told me that I should look into getting braces (my teeth are as straight as naturally possible) and asked me if I would be interested in getting invisaligns (I couldn't even afford something like that, but they were pushing this on me anyway as if something was so terribly wrong with me that it would be necessary). They also were pushing whitening and other (expensive) cosmetic products.nnI came in for a simple teeth cleaning and ended up with expensive X-rays I did not want nor ask for (that the dentist used to make snide comments about my teeth), and a bill for $331. I still had a wisdom tooth at this time, and they wanted to pull it, but I opted not to (I can only imagine how much they would've charged for a simple extraction -- I went to my previous dentist instead, who I trust, and had it removed for mere dollars).nnAfter my experience just trying to get a cleaning, I had already made up my mind that I wasn't going to be returning. I do not have any interest in supporting a business that belittles me, flattens my confidence, is interested in my wallet more than my well-being, then rips me off for a 10 min cleaning. In addition, the hygienist was very rough and caused my gums to bleed and my mouth to hurt (I floss and take good care of my teeth -- the only thing positive the dentist said to me was that my teeth were in good health).nnUnfortunately, because they found out I'd have insurance in a year (and I bought up my PPO nonetheless), they went ahead and scheduled an appointment for me without my consent. A year later, I didn't even know I had an appointment since they did not bother to contact me. However, they did go as far as to find my new address and bill me $25 for missing an appointment that was not medically necessary, and also in the middle of a pandemic. Amazing.

This is the best dental experience I've ever had. Their office is very big and it felt private, staff it's a very professional and very courteous and nice. The dentist is very good at what he does! The dental work I've had done by him was excellent! He is a very nice professional guy and I would highly recommend him.
