In the midst of a pandemic, I would expect pharmacy staff to be wearing masks correctly. The pharmacist on duty had the mask below her nose, and one of her two assistants had her mask so far down on her chin I could see her upper lip when she spoke. She might as well not wear one. This is particularly concerning since they are breathing on medicine that customers will ingest, so surely their respiratory droplets will be passed along. Come on Wiley's, do your part to protect our community!

I am an acute pain, my resurface hip broke two weeks ago. I called the pharmacist earlier to see if doctor had called in prescription. I sent my husband by after work to see if doctor had called in prescription. The prescription was not called in. I was in told by my husband's employer that I could call the doctor on call and then have the pharmacist on-called take care of us. The doctor on call from Lancaster Orthopedics sent in the refill. I called the pharmacist on call and left message but did not get a call us back tonight. I want to die,I am in so much pain and this is a very much let down. The pharmacy already knew I was in pain and wanting the refill.

Super friendly staff. Wiley's makes everything so easy. I request my prescriptions online, I get a call if they have any questions and they deliver it to my office so I don't have to drive out there. If there's a problem, they work to solve it for me and just let me know when it's good to go.

Pharmacy staff are rude and condescending. Sorry for not understanding your inconsistent pricing... I must be really dumb!
