Dr. Nelson has been treating my daughter for a couple years now. She has a rare tumor in her cheek that was mis-diagnosed for a couple years, and he found the correct diagnosis as well as treatment. He treats the patient, as well as the issue. His bedside manner is amazing. He truly care about his patients and their care. He also has amazing staff that are just as caring and are truly taking the time to care for the patient

They were able to get me scheduled very quickly. Everyone that I encountered was personable and professional. The office was exceptionally clean and they are taking the necessary precautions to keep themselves and their patients safe. They definitely made a difficult time for me a good experience.

Our son had a complicated problem involving a previous surgery where some of his maxillary bone was removed. Whitewater oral surgery was innovative enough to have a procedure that will develop bone in the surgery area allowing Dental implants and a normal appearance of jaw and teeth as we proceed. They explained how everything worked and planned his surgeries around his out of state college schedule and visits home. We are so grateful to have access to awesome oral surgeons with cutting edge techniques in Boise, Idaho.

My daughter had her wisdom teeth extracted at Whitewater. She was very anxious about the procedure, but the staff was very friendly. They put her at ease right away. After the surgery they called to check on her and seemed genuinely concerned. After about 6 days, my daughter was experiencing pain and swelling. They got her in right away. Staff member Tatiana took really good care of her. She showed my daughter how to flush the area and cleaned it out really well. My daughters pain subsided immediately. Tatiana was super sweet and compassionate. She took x-rays and advised my daughter on jaw stretching exercises. Then the doctor also examined her and answered all questions. We have used Whitewater for three other family members and will continue to recommend them to our friends and family in need of oral surgery.
