I'm sure you're all good people and you really don't mean to downplay a serious issue, but OCD isn't a joke. It's a severe anxiety disorder that can cause those suffering from it to deal with very real and upsetting symptoms, and even drive many to bouts with depression and suicidal thoughts. It's a disorder that anyone from young children to the elderly can fall victim to and isn't something sufferers can simply overcome.nnFurthermore, the title and slogan for your company jokingly reference an idea of what OCD is that's simply false. OCD does not mean perfectionism or wanting things to be color coded. OCD refers to a disorder that results in obsessive thoughts and compulsions that are done out of fear. Sufferers may deal with intrusive and unpleasant thoughts they can't control that cause distress, compulsive behaviors that can even cause frequent bodily harm, and in all cases facets of their personal and/or professional lives are deteriorating.nnOnce again, I don't mean to insinuate that you're bad people for making a joke. It's very common that people misunderstand what OCD is and inadvertently treat it as no big deal. The problem is that it's an accidental 'disabled people' joke. I wouldn't think that you'd want to make fun of a potential customer's illness, so I felt that addressing this issue would be pertinent.
I highly recommend Brian; you need to call him before your next job. He was thorough and discussed all the options available to you before starting. He was fair on price, and treated our paint job as it it was his own home. I'm very satisfied and will call him the next time we want a professional job done right.
