Pizzas looked awful and were not ready 25 minutes after they were supposed to be. Really messed the birthday party. This place is a consistent disappointment.

Always great service at this Pizza Hut. I find Pizza Hut to be a more budget friendly option than even fast food rivals these days. I am happy to have them as there are only a few left. ud83dude2d

Placed my order at 5:28pm and it said it would be delivered in 71-81 minutes. That’s long but it is what it is. 6:51pm I get a text that it is now out for delivery. 7:24 still no food so I call. No answer, just voicemail. I decide I want a refund as my food (chicken) has now been in a car for almost 40 minutes. 7:32 I’m ready to leave and the driver pulls up. I had him keep my food because I no longer wanted it. No fault of his whatsoever. I drove to the location which is only 2 minutes from my house. There’s only one person working and one driver. The girl that was working didn’t give me any issues in giving me a refund. That’s why I put two stars instead of one. This is not about the employees at all but what is going on at this location and it’s management that you have two people working only? They better make good money as I most likely am not the only one upset that they have to deal with. I hope they both get new jobs and leave this place. Shame on whoever is in charge. At the very least turn off your online ordering if you can’t handle the volume. I was ready to spend $80. Won’t ever go back.
