Excellent customer service! Excellent product! Process to order was easy and staff was very helpful every step of the way. Dan was great helping customize options to make my shed. Nothing but good things to say! Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. They were upfront with pricing and delivery. So much I could say about them. Everything from the web site, payment, scheduling and on-site process was perfect. simple and straight forward. We had them do site prep as well as build on site. Done in less than 6 hours. And that included a lunch break. So impressed. Highly recommend

This review is long overdue. Worked with Allen from start to finish. Allen and his crew worked two long days during a heatwave in July 2018. Allen installed a 16x12 shed in my backyard. He created a stone base which he had to build up on one side because my yard is so un-level. Since the installation I noticed some issues with the doors from the shed settling. I reached out to Backyard Creations earlier this month and spoke to Dan. I sent them some pictures with a brief description. Today Allen came back out and corrected the settling issues with shed and base. Very happy with the quality of shed and the workmanship. Excellent customer service and they go above and beyond to take care of their customers. It’s hard to find that these days! This company checks all the boxes. Thanks to Dan & Allen and his crew.
