I just bought a car this weekend from Theron. I've been shopping around for the past 6 months looking for the right car. I was really excited to find what I was looking for at Hallmark. Theron made it an extremely easy process. He clearly communicated throughout the process, and was very fair in all aspects of the deal. I am inherently skeptical of used car sales people, but Theron proved to be honorable at every turn. I got a VERY hard to find Lexus GX470 with extremely now miles at 108k miles and very good shape! I've only had it for a couple days- but so far it is great and I am very happy with my service at Hallmark. I'd highly recommend this Dealer, and will update my experience as it develops!

These guys will go above and beyond. Theran the owner is an amazing guy through anf through with a moral gauge that isn't anywhere typical of a used car sale man, he and his team will do you right I speak from personal experience and also how they treated a close friend of mine. Great guys here.

You think just because I am giving this guy a 5 star rating that I got this perfect deal with no problems. Just the opposite, everything that could of gone wrong did!! It isn't when everything is perfect and there are no problems. The 5 star rating is because 6 days after buying it I noticed a small water leak by the radiator, he could of put a band aid on it for about 50.00, indtead he put a brand new radiator in it!! On top of that he fixed a turn signal lens that was cracked and put a new windshield in it a cost, really, who does that? I'll tell you who does, an Ethical, Honest, Good old Boy who is looking for repeat and referral business, not a one shot deal. Know this, no matter what you buy from this man, His word is good! Very honest and friendly people witch is rare in the used car industry. We will be buying our next vehicle's frim this dealership. Awesome car buying experience at Hallmark Motors. Theron listened to what I needed and we found an excellent car for me on the lot. The customer service is above and beyond great. I will be recommending Hallmark Motors to my family and friends as the place to go when shopping for a vehicle. Without a doubt I can say this was my best car buying experience in over 40 years of purchasing vehicles. I can see no reason to ever go anywhere else.
