These guys are awesome. Every time I take my bike in the get things done quickly. They also always clean my drivetrain which is a nice surprise. Definitely recommend.

Called ahead to verify hours of service, they took my call on the first ring and immediately answered my question. Went in after that to purchase chain lube, received prompt and friendly service. The bike chain was lubed right away and I was on my way in under five minutes! In their favor, they already had better hours than my regular shop but the service also surpassed what I'm accustomed to! I will definitely be returning to them for all my purchases and repairs from now on!

Joyride is a special bike shop. They all ride at a high level. They are all very good at what they do. They know what works and they know what doesn’t. They won’t steer you wrong. It doesn’t matter what level of rider you are they will help you get better and are always welcoming. I trust all of them and they have gone out of their way to keep me on the trails.

I've been taking my mountain bikes here for several years now. I love this shop. The guys working there are all super friendly and they always get maintenance and repairs done super fast.

Staff seem nice enough. But every time it rains (which has been a lot this year) there's a parade of people covered head to toe in mud ... which pretty heavily undermines the Ridge to Rivers project. Their culture isn't doing anything to protect the trails, educate customers, or safeguard trail access for future generations. So I find myself regretting what little business I have given them.
