I went to this magisterial district judge to file a case seeking help. The young lady behind the window told me I would have to pay $150.00 just to even find out if I even had a case with them. They refused to answer anything unless I payed first. So I agreed and asked would I be getting a receipt and court date today and they told me pay the fee and find out. The whole time I was in there I felt intimated because it was like a hang out for the cops. I felt like I was in a pool hall without the pool tables. Not to mention the big glass windows behind you where I was sitting had a bullet hole right behind my head. I stood up and couldn't get out of there fast enough. In my opinion you are better off going to Dunkin donuts to file a report and get anwsers. For the price of a coffee not your electric bill.
