Electric City Easy Park Garage

This garage is by far the worst garage I’ve ever used in my life. I’m a monthly user (reserved section)and at this point I’d rather park my cars in a hailstorm. Looks like a bomb was dropped on it and this is what’s left standing. Where do I begin, massive crater at the entrance and there’s no way of avoiding it. Literally swallows your tires. The exit on the Penn Avenue side is equally as bad. Craters everywhere. Pieces of concrete that are crumbling from the deteriorating ceiling. I come out in the morning and there’s pieces of concrete on my car. Got two flat tires (2 week old P Zero run flats) because the geniuses that worked in the garage left huge anchor screws all over the garage floor and never cleaned up. I literally found over 20 huge screws in just 20-30 feet. The gates are so inconsistent and only work half of the time essentially leaving you at the gates stranded unless you’re able to reach an operator (entrance and exit). The stairwells smell of old urine and littered with garbage. The elevators are extremely old and I never use them because they look unsafe. Teenagers use the corridors on the ramp to drink and smoke marijuana. Today 4/14 there’s construction going on at the entrance leaving the monthly reserved users helpless because you can’t get into the reserved section. Thank you for notifying us! The owner of this garage should be completely embarrassed by allowing this to happen. Absolutely deplorable conditions!!!

Under renovations and nobody knows how to park in there, was in my 2wd Chevy Colorado and was almost hitting the roof. Half of the lights did not work either

This parking garage was never in the greatest shape to begin with. As of the end of December, I noticed the entrance ramp has a big pothole that you can't avoid and the elevators are out of commission on the side leading towards Spruce St. However, the worst part was when I went to pay, the machine didn't accept my ticket and said it was invalid. I tried to make a call, but this must have been a common problem because the call button was mashed into the unit, so I couldn't tell if it was placing a call or not. I just kept pushing it until it started to ring. Thankfully, someone answered and opened the gate. I would recommend parking somewhere else.

This is an ok parking garage, the entrance is very very steep and it twist and you dont have a choice but go up it if you want to park. The exit is pretty steep and twisty to but not as bad as the entrance. Also they used to charge here but the last couple of times I've been here the ticket machine is gone so as of those times and now it's free to park but that mite change by time you read this review but it you park here to go see a movie like I have then the movie theater pays for you and gives you a free parking voucher.

Creepy. Seems unsafe. Run down. Machines to pay didn't work. I was wondering if I parked in a closed garage. But no, it is just not maintained at all.
