The library has a great selection of large print books. I have missed going to the library during quarantine. I can't wait for them to re-open. The staff have always been helpful and friendly.
The facility is immaculate. Compared to the rest of the Lackawana Public Libraries, policy, hours, and staff in unsavory. Print outs and copies all other libraries .10cents: 25 cents here. Computer network is slow and clunky. Staff are arrogant and insulting. They close every chance they can. Snow? Closed, rain? Closed, Sunday? Closed? Staff just don't feel like being there? Closed. IMO, go to the scranton public library, or the one in old forge, or Carbondale for better service.
Very nice library with a large selection to choose from.
Great selection and facility. Some of the help talk too much though for long periods on personal matters. It can be real distacting reading on on a pc.
The children's programs with Miss Lisa are great. The children all love Miss Lisa.
