I liked the store and their furniture was quite unique. Unfortunately they don't offer delivery. Lost a sale with us.

Love Downeast Home. Their products are absolutely beautiful and unique and their customer service is exceptional.

Three weeks ago I ordered a sectional couch. I was told that the couch would arrive in a week but the ottoman was on back order and may take a month. The following week I did not get a call letting me know my couch had arrived so I called to check. I was told that the date on my delivery had been changed and that it would be another week before my couch would arrive. I was then told that a call would be made to the warehouse in Utah and they would figure out what went wrong. Another week went by without hearing anything. Today when my couch should have arrived at the store I was told that it again would be another week. No explanation, no help and no manager to contact. I have talked to a different employee every time I have contacted the store and there seems to be no communication. I have asked to speak with a manager hoping to get answers but was told the manager quit and that there is not anyone at the store that can help.nI’m frustrated that there is not any employee that seems to be invested enough in customer service to go beyond telling me to wait another week.

Tabitha gives exceptional customer service. She is friendly and willing to make sure the customer is satisfied. We were able to return a large purchase we were not satisfied with and purchase something different that we absolutely love now. They have a lot of quality items for a good price!

I love the DownEast Home in Meridian. The owner is beyond nice and was so helpful when I was decorating my home last year. Even months later, she remembered who I was and helped me find the perfect area rug today at a great price! Highly recommend.
