I came to the ace hardware store in Brookville on November 23, 2020.nI needed a key made so I went directly to the key machine and while waiting there, One lady left the cash register and began working in one of the aisles. There was another lady that walked past me and went straight to a cash register and during this time there was another lady working the other cash register. Is he tired from waiting at the key machine, I waited in the cash register machine line thinking that it would be best to speak with somebody without any further delay. Upon waiting in line for another 10 minutes, I finally made it to the head of the line and I spoke to the register lady. She advised me that I have to go over to the key machine again and wait. About 30 minutes had passed by this time so I figured to hell with it and I walk straight out the front door and I am sure that I will never return.
