Only went to this location after they closed the Meridian office. Definitely not going back. Even though my therapist Trish is amazing, the front desk isn't as good and polite as Cammie. Also this location is terrible to get to on State Street. Will be looking for a new location closer to South Meridian.

Delayed billing and front desk are not knowledgeable about anything. If you want to talk to someone over the phone good luck. You can call and leave a voicemail or send an email asking them to call you back but it will take them months to get back to you.

Great people from the welcoming front office staff to the super friendly and knowledgeable acupuncturist. The office is really well kept and staff is top notch. I'll be back to see Betsy again, what a great experience!

Physical Therapy 180 has a great staff and talented practitioners. Unlike any other PT office I have ever been. One on one care. Individualized care. I can't imagine having a problem with their program.

All the services provided are professional. Very friendly staff. Love Betsy Wiss the acupuncturist! and Jill Thomson is amazing at physical therapy. Definitely recommend for any problems you may be having!
