Do not trust them!nnI needed a refill, but they didn't have enough in stock to fill it by the time I ran out. They gave me what they had (charging me the price of a full prescription) and verbally promised they would give me the rest once their shipment came in. A long story short, they never made good on their promise. I had extensive conversations with them trying to resolve this, but in the end, they refused to make it right. The technician did not make a record of his promise to me and rang it up in such a way that they would be unable to bill my insurance for the remainder, and the pharmacy was unwilling to eat the cost of their mistake. The person I spoke with's manager made a comment that they are not going to help me, so I should just send my lawyers.nnI was flabbergasted and am now moving all my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.
The staff here are top notch, especially Connie. They do their best to give you the best service possible.
