I have had a few interactions with nice people here over the years, but after having to wait on almost every prescription, I am changing to another pharmacy. Even when orders set up hours ahead of time, we still wait. Even on the simplest of prescription. I am beginning to think it is a strategy to make people buy things Albertsons. Perhaps they are just understaffed. Either way l will be switching to a stand alone pharmacy that is more focused on customer satisfaction.

Very bad staff,Thieves , Steal our medication and with all their effrontery , rude , decadent , they ask us to pay money for our medicine that covered from medicaid , waste our time talking with each other and not preparing our medicine that must take it on time especially if there is new pharmacist doctor Come to their pharmacy , they waste time talking to him , try to make love affair or relationship with him , If I can I give them zero star and not 1 star .

I fill my meds here frequently and would never recommend it and won’t be going back. My provider filled an antibiotic for my baby today mid day and I waited until this evening to pick it up because I don’t like to wait at the pharmacy for it to bd done. Went in tonight to get my medicine before my sick son goes to bed and they report they don’t have it in stock. Antibiotics that are sent in by providers for babies are typically to be started day of. No phone call to notify me or give me the option to go somewhere else. This isnt the first issue I have had either. Will not be going back to this pharmacy.

Savon pharmacy at 36th and State is the only place I trust to fill my prescriptions. Everybody at the pharmacy is careful to make sure that my prescriptions do not interact. That is one of the reasons I only use one pharmacy; so that they have a complete record of all my medications. Everybody at the pharmacy is thoughtful and friendly. They always fill my prescriptions accurately and I can always trust them to find the best options to save me the most money. You really can't go wrong getting your prescriptions filled here.

Awful. I have had non stop issues with this pharmacy. You can never trust when they say your prescription is ready. I have called and texted to get confirmation and EVERY time they say it’s ready and EVERY time I go in and they say it’s not and ask me to wait “20 minutes” which actually turns in to 45 minutes (if I’m lucky!) Once walked around the store for over an hour and then went back only to discover they hadn’t even started filling it. I asked to speak to a manager about it and the person at the register went to get someone who then proceeded to ignore me and do everything he could to avoid talking to me. After 15 minutes of this I left. I have never written a review in my life but felt obligated since I was unable to speak to management.
